Harvard Draws the Line

Congress rubber-stamps his every move.

Big tech is eager to lick his boots.

Media has been co-opted, bullied, or is all to happy to parrot his views.

Finally, finally, finally, someone said no to Mango Mussolini.

It came down to Harvard University to draw the line.

This was not a battle Harvard wanted.

Under the pretext of fighting anti-Semitism, the Orange Baboon demanded control over the University’s hiring and admissions.

Under his request, Harvard would be required to adhere to “viewpoint diversity” in admissions and hiring – that is, forced to add conservative professors and students until a proper balance, whatever that is, is fixed.

Knowing this administration, that would be 99 percent conservative, one percent liberal. And I am so sure Liberty University isn’t being challenged to present a more diverse faculty and student body.

Any perceived DEI programs must be immediately ceased.

Most damning in a list of utter damnation, Harvard would be required to monitor international students’ attitudes to make sure they were not expressing any anti-American sentiments.

The University would also be required to ban masks – a truly weird demand to insert IMHO, but that just shows you the priorities of these fools.

But don’t take my word for it. Here’s the letter of demand the administration sent to Harvard.

The oldest university in the country, 140 years older than the United States, flatly rejected Dollar Tree Voldemort’s demands.

Harvard University President Alan M. Garber stated that the administration’s demands go “beyond the power of the federal government. It violates Harvard’s First Amendment rights … And it threatens our values as a private institution devoted to the pursuit, production, and dissemination of knowledge. No government—regardless of which party is in power—should dictate what private universities can teach, whom they can admit and hire, and which areas of study and inquiry they can pursue.”

Of course, the reaction has been swift.

Bronzer Baboon pulled $2.2 billion in federal research grants to Harvard.

CNN reported last night that the IRS is looking to revoke Harvard’s tax-exempt status.

This is what authoritarian regimes do. They attack higher education and they criminalize opposing viewpoints.

We’re not on the brink of authoritarianism.

We’re drowning in it.

At a moment when so many people are kissing the ring, I have never been more proud of my alma mater, truly living up to the slogan of “Veritas” – truth.

My association with Harvard goes back to my teen years when I somehow finagled a spot in a summer computer programming class after sophomore year in high school.

I spent mornings coding and playing what passed for video games in the basement of the Science Center, still to this day a home for programmers.

My mother was so thrilled I was attending Harvard. She didn’t live long enough to see me earn my master’s in history there from the extension school.

I have a pile of Harvard gear in the back of my closet. I haven’t worn the jerseys or the caps in years, mostly because I got tired of people stopping me with stupid comments.

One guy saw my Harvard jersey and yelled, “Wow, you went to Harvard! You must be rich! Rich!”

Bitch, my family lived in the projects.

Time to break out the gear.

Time to wear my pride in something that shows courage and integrity.

Those are qualities Babyhands Shitler could never understand.
