Tucker Carlson loses his K-K-K -loving mind over Black Lives Matter

Tucker Carlson says black people are coming for you.

The heir to the Swanson frozen dinner fortune dropped that warning in his Fox News show last night.

“This may be a lot of things, this moment we are living through, but it is definitely not about black lives, and remember that when they come for you, and at this rate, they will,” he told his viewers.

If you wonder how such a revolting sentiment that soars beyond the network’s typical racist dogwhistles ever aired, you have to remember that the entire Fox News network is built on a model that profits on racism.

As filmmaker Jeremy Newberger posted on Twitter, “Fox News is where people who hate blacks, people who hate Jews, people who hate gays, people who hate Latinos, and people who hate Muslims can all gather to pretend they are just people who hate Liberals.”

Here’s how Carlson described the peaceful protests over the weekend: “A small group of highly charged activists took over our culture. They forced the entire country to obey their will. It all happened so fast, and with such ferocity, that virtually no one resisted it.”

It bears no relationship to reality.

That’s never stopped Fox News.

Carlson’s messaging is right on with the Fox brand: Stoke white fears. Play the victim. The “others” will take away everything from you if you don’t listen to Fox.

It’s beyond despicable, and one can only hope that in the last two weeks since police murdered George Floyd that America has reached a tipping point and will not heed such hateful rhetoric.

Full disclosure: The screengrab of Carlson atop this page was taken the week previous, but since Fox memed Carlson as the face of racism, who are we to argue?
