WordPress is looking a little desperate these days.

Not a week goes by without some email exhortation to upgrade my plan.

“30 percent off Cyber Monday!”

“Hello Black Friday!” 

Still, I did appreciate seeing a recent commercial for WordPress on TV.

Rival Wix has dominated the airwaves in the last year, promising easy, breezy, cheesy websites with just a few clicks. It almost seemed as if WordPress was holding its nose, acting as if it was above shilling to the masses.

Vote as if Your Life Depends on It. Spoiler: It Does.

Every week under President Man-Baby seems like a decade.

Last week, someone tried to assassinate two former presidents and a secretary of state, among others.

That distressing news was crowded out by the massacre at a Jewish synagogue, the single greatest attack on Jews on American soil.

That horrific story, in turn, is being pushed aside by Man-Baby’s assertion that he can override the 14th Amendment to the Constitution with an executive order, to overturn the right of citizenship to babies born here to non-citizens.

Get Your Treats with a JSA Halloween!

While the senior members of the team search for their comrades, the junior heroes – Star-Spangled Kid and Jakeem Thunder – are left alone in the mansion on Halloween night.

“The Legion of Super-Failures” does not have much of a ring to it.

DC’s Legion fans are a passionate bunch.

We’ll debate most useless member, best creative team and favorite reboot.

But you don’t get a lot of guff about one of the admittedly goofier elements of Legion Lore:

There just might be a good reason for that.
